On our way home from Solvang we stopped in Santa Barbara at the Botanic Gardens. Of course Lance loved it. He has this thing for plants, especially native plants. This was the perfect place for him. Unfortunately, a lot of the gardens had recently been burned down in the Santa Barbara fires.
