The company who made our wedding cake, Sweet Gems, had told us they would make us a cake on our one year anniversary. So instead of putting our cake top into the freezer and eating it a year later, we just got a whole new cake. We ate delicious cake and had another little anniversary celebration! I had to throw in a picture of our original cake... it was amazing and exactly what I had imagined!
My first grade team and I went to Del Mar for the night. One of the teachers, Marianne, has a house there so the rest of us hopped on the train and headed down. It was so much fun and so beautiful. THANK YOU, MARIANNE!!!!

Wow! 1 year! Last year on this day all my dreams came true... Lance, you were worth the wait! I am looking forward to many, many more anniversaries and memories with you!
We saw the Ringling Bros. circus with the Allen family today. So much fun! The pictures are really great considering we were in section 438, row R! The high elevation left some of us feeling light headed. We had a great time and a great view of the whole arena!
We had a great day at Knott's Berry Farm and a delicious chicken dinner.
